UVLED light curing machine emits pure ultraviolet light through the UVLED chip, and irradiates UV coatings such as UV glue and UV ink to achieve 

a fast and good curing effect. UVLED light curing is a curing and drying method with a high degree of environmental protection on the market. 

The curing speed is fast, and it is not harmful to the environment like mercury lamps.

       However, when we use UVLED light curing machine, we will encounter some problems. The reason may be improper operation, or it may be the 

problem of the light curing machine accessories. Here, we compiled a few common problems and The solution for your reference.

     First, UVLED lamp beads do not light up or self-extinguish, the possible reasons for analysis are as follows:

1. Although the life of UVLED lamp beads is much longer than that of traditional mercury lamps, it will have a certain degree of attenuation with the 

     use of time.Solution: need to replace the lamp beads appropriately.

2.The power supply voltage is too low.Solution: increase the voltage.

3.Insufficient air cooling.Solution: dredging the ventilation pipe and cleaning the debris.

     Second, The temperature of the equipment is too high during use. The possible reasons are as follows:

1.Bad heat dissipation.Solution: Check if the fan is running normally, clean up the dust accumulated on the fan

2.The device has been in the high light intensity irradiation mode for a long time.Solution: In general, if long-term high light intensity irradiation 

    is required, it is recommended to choose a water-cooled UVLED light curing machine, which has better heat dissipation effect.
