At present, the commonly used UV curing equipment is generally LED lamp and high pressure mercury lamp. The LED lamp is a cold light source and generally does not involve temperature. When the UV curing equipment is working, the room temperature will be very high after the heat accumulated from the UV lamp, which will lead to the shrinkage of some thin film materials and affect the manufacturing accuracy. It is especially unsuitable for some heat-sensitive materials. The emergence of cold light source UVLED technology avoids the problem of manufacturing accuracy caused by the shrinkage of thin film materials. Generally speaking, in the case of a reflective hood (uv lampshade) made of magnesium aluminum alloy, it can maximize the reflection of ultraviolet light (over 95%) and absorb part of infrared (heat); coupled with the installation of UV cold mirror, it can reduce more than 80% of the heat in the UV room, to ensure that the surface temperature of the material does not exceed 45 degrees.
